Cons: The water was off on arrival. the fire alarm went off at 6am. the motor for the wirlpool bath kept going off throughout the night and the automatic floor lighting in the room gets on your nerves.

Pros: Very good location and the hotel was clean and comfortable. the staff were very helpful.
Cons: Minibar in the room was empty.
room doors both entry and bathroom were spring loaded which caused noise problems sometimes late at night. management should consider fitting rubber seals to prevent the doors slamming shut.

concierge staff was excellent
Cons: Reception staffs are naver smile all the time.
no welcoming, everybody looks unhappy.i was there 9;30 in the morning for check in, i was so tired .i know check in time is 2;00 but she was even try to help me, and strict answer was "check in time is at 2;00" like goverment office.
when i was check out,i got same impression.
attitude wasnt friendly.

Pros: The hotel is very nice, beds comfortable, great location. they have an amazing breakfast buffet....that alone saved us a lot of money each day.
Cons: The only negative thing was that the concierge booked theater tickets for us and when we got to the theater we found out that the play didn't start until next week! the hotel was good about reimbursing our tickets and cab fare.

Pros: Staff were very helpful and offered a free upgrade on my room on arrival.
Cons: Some of the international staff did not speak very good english and this did lead to a little confusion on the billing, however, it was easily resolved by another member of staff without any quibbles.
