Rex Hotel London LocationRex Hotel London Location (Map)

The Rex Hotel is ideally located in the residential area of Hammersmith, on the north bank of the Thames. This area retains a bustling, city-centre feel with high-street shops and offices. The area around the magnificent 19th-century suspension bridge is often busy with those visiting Hammersmith's riverside pubs, especially in April when the annual Oxford-Cambridge boat race passes by. Fulham’s main thoroughfare, the Fulham Road, is filled with smart bars, chic restaurants, and fashionable boutiques. The area is best known for Stamford Bridge, the home stadium of football team Chelsea FC.

How to reach the Rex Hotel? How to reach the Rex Hotel?

1) By train, from Heathrow Airport (LHR): The easiest but maybe the costly option to reach the hotel is by taking the Heathrow Express Train towards Paddington National Rail station. Once here walk to the Paddington (H&C Line) underground Station and take the Hammersmith & City Line towards Hammersmith and get off at "Goldhawk Road" station. The hotel is at walking distance from the station. Non-stop trains run every 15-minutes and the journey between Heathrow Central and London Paddington takes 15-minutes (a few minutes more for Terminals 4 or 5).

2) By metro, from Heathrow Airport (LHR): If you rather save a few pounds you may take the Piccadilly Line towards Earl's Court and get off at "Hammersmith" station. The hotel is at walking distance from the station. If you prefer you can also take a short taxi ride away.
