Pros: There was great service, good with the free wifi, breakfast had a wide range and the room was sufficient to all my needs.
Cons: No elevator - so stairs were a bit unpractial. especially after doing a lot of walking furing the day.but otherwise, no complaints.

Pros: Really friendly and helpful staff. the dining facilities were cramped but breakfast was excellent. the room was extremely small but very clean and well kept. the location was handy for paddington station allowing easy access to central london.
Cons: Room was very small and buried in the basement so no fresh air or natural light.

"Hotel staffs were kind, the location was quiet and very very good to be..."

Pros: Hotel staffs were kind, the location was quiet and very very good to be around d city. tube and bus station were very near and little restaurants were just around. bathroom has a nice shower with massage system and lights are brilliant.
Cons: The room was 1st floor and the window faced wall, no view, tiny room and service person shared my new creams (be careful) which became almost empty. to have stayed one week i felt suffocated.

"I enjoyed my stay"

Pros: I enjoyed my stay. i had a single room, which was compact but very well laid out, clean and comfortable. it was a modern room and did not have that worn out look of some hotel rooms. the staff were friendly and polite and a good breakfest was provided. i will definately stay there again.

Pros: Small room but very clean, lovely new bathroom, friendly staff and a great location. the breakfast was good, no complaints. i loved my stay here.
Cons: There is no lift so you may need to bear that in mind if you are not able-bodied. my room was at the top of lots of stairs! i didn't mind at all.

Cons: Sons room was in basement so not much of a view!basic breakfast.

Pros: The staff is really friendly, always ready to help. it's great that breakfast(really good one) is included in the package. i got what i saw advertised. i'd like to mention we stayed in the annex building. the rooms are small but include the essential facilities (for ex. small refrigerator, electric kettle, even tea bags, coffee, sugar). anyway if you are a tourist you don't spend much time there:)

Pros: This hotel is in a great location walking distance from paddington station and easy access to & from heathrow airport. room was clean and staff very friendly. breakfast good as included in the rate. would definitely stay here again if in london. i stayed in newly renovated rooms which were very nice.
Cons: Rooms are very small, but pretty stock standard for london for hotels around this rate. small but everything you needed coffee making fac, fridge etc.

Cons: The owner (or at least the older guy hanging around) was annoying - always talking and talking so loud. also the room was crazy small on the 4th floor - i don't usually feel claustrophobic but i wouldn't stay in that room again.
