Park Plaza Riverbank London is within walking distance of some of London's most visited attractions including the London Eye, Houses of Parliament, the Tate Gallery, Buckingham Palace and the London Aquarium.
The hotel is located on the south side of the River Thames, opposite the Tate Britain art gallery and close to Waterloo International rail station and underground station. Waterloo station provides easy access to France and Belgium via the Eurostar services, and access to several interconnecting underground lines for visiting the city. Vauxhall underground and mainline station is just a 10-minute walk.
How to reach the Park Plaza Riverbank London?From Heathrow Airport: you may take the underground Piccadilly Line to Green Park and interchange to Jubilee Line to get off in waterloo Station. The hotel is within a 5 minutes taxi ride or 15-20 minutes walk.

The concierge department was extremely helpful with every request;regards shopping,transportation,theatre info, etc.
Did not receive the room style requested first night, but desk did provide requested room for the remaining nightsharrison

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. we were a party of four celebrating my sister-in-laws 60th birthday. she received a complimentary bottle of wine and a card, which was very much appreciated. no negative comments whatsoever.anthony higgins

Very friendly and helpful staff. great location in terms of sites, train and tube stations. night life in the area is very slow, few pubs or take outs to chose from.Request a room with two twins but got a king bed instead. hotel staff were very accommodating in my request for a new roomand gave a free upgrade but one of us had to sleep on the sofa bed. knight

From the moment we walked in to the hotel we were treated exceptionally well...the attention to detail was fantastic and we have never stayed in such a superb hotel, both from staff hospitality and their 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude, to the overall look and feel of the hotel. it's location was perfect, only a couple of tube stops to the west end theatres, where we were heading, and our view was of the thames river and westminster-houses of parliament-right by the london eye! fabulous!Yes....the fact that we were only staying for one night!! we would have loved to saty much longer...and will in the future!Anonymous
