Nice staff, tea and coffee making facilities available was great, 
Unfortunately the hotel is very badly soundproofed and some of the guests behaved very recklessly when coming home in the middle of the night - so we had to use earplugs..., the room should have been better cleaned!Anonymous

Some of the room lights were not working. also the tv remote was not working which meant i could not change the channel as there did not appear to be a channel change on the set itself.
