the room was terrible, small, dirty, and the toilette was impraticable and very dangerous becouse We was slipping under the shower. the only tinghs good is the location near the Paddington station. Many time the lifts were out of order and my room was at 4° floor.tanks anyway. with regards vanella

Pros: The hotel is 5 minutes away from paddington tube station, easy to get around.
Cons: The shower in our room was the worst shower ever. you could either have it very cold or very hot. also, we've booked a twin room, got a room with three beds, quite packed in, not much place to move around.

Pros: The room was very clean although a bit of a str4ange layout
Cons: The room was extremely hot and this lead to an uncomfortable nights sleep even with the fan provided!!

the location was great, very good transport connections.
Cons: The room was awefully small for 2 of us with very very limited storage space, we barely could move around the room. the walls were very thin we could hear every steps and move what the other guests made...
the staff was very unfriendly in general and whenever we passed by the front desk they didnt even bother to acknowledge us
for the price we payed it wasnt worth it at all...
we were very dissapointed overall

Cons: The price provided in easy.com was totally different about the price i paid there, they said no there was a mistake in the website and the price differs, this has destroyed my budget.

Pros: Location is excellent, minutes away from paddington station and plenty of amenities & restaurants nearby. hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Room was clean, decent, but extremely small - you will have a problem if there is more than 1 big luggage!

Pros: I thought the staff were exellent and helpful, especially when i needed help with the tv and when changing rooms.
Cons: Had to change from my first room to another, as the bathroom in the first smelled awful, but i got a new one without a hitch.

Pros: Excellent location, 200 meters to the paddington railroad station, which makes heathrow airport only 15 minutes away. walking distance to the marble arch & oxford street & hyde park. many good restaurants in the neighborhood, the tube close by. overall a good hotel for a couple of days, would recommend it if you don't care about the space which was the only downside. the room was cleaned every day - nothing dirty.
Cons: The only downside: the room was very small - in my opinion too small for two adults. but - we weren't in london to stay indoors, but to experience the city. so as long at we had a bed to sleep in and a shower, that was really all we needed.

Cons: Extremely small rooms!!!! the double one had no free space at all, not even for our suitcase... the bathroom small too... not value for money. the staff especially in breakfast area were very rude (the don't even say goodmorning, thank you or please). breakfast quality not value for money too... in the room you can hear and feel the tube which is passing under hotel area. not recommended for families, romantic couples, honeymooners etc.
