 "Solid hotel, very functional"
All very adequate. It did what we wanted but no more. The room was small but enough room for a bunk bed and double but literally NO furniture. Only one light in the room, so despite it being a family room with four of us in we all had to go to sleep at same time. Breakfast was ok. All ok but could have been better with a little thought. Very clean and tidy though.

 "It is worth it!"
The location is absolutely wonderful! It is close to everything and it is located at queensway in bayswater and the street has two tube stations. The room we got was very small but fully okay and clean as we just stayed there during sleeping and in the morning. The hotel itself is very small, but cozy. Fresh and private bathrooms. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff available 24 hours a day.I will definitely return to this hotel!!

I paid under £50 which, in central London, is a bargain! Decent room, with a decent en suite too, it was clean and had what I neededUnfortunately I left at 9am so I was unable to sample the breakfast facilities.Overall, I'd stay again

Very nice hotel, great location, very nice people, small room but very clean. The only negative point is that the rooms doors are very heavy and they make a lot of noise when they are closed. The breakfast wasn't very good but at least there was one.

Pros: Easy to get to, close to two tube stations and excellent location. clean bedding and towels. very hot and powerful shower, better than in some hotels five times more expensive. overall well located and very good value for central london.
Cons: On second night water from room above came through my shower room ceiling. didn't last for long and staff were very helpful and offered to move me to another room, no big deal. breakfast not the greatest.

Pros: Clean room, good hot shower with plenty of water, great location and felt safe. 24 hour opening was great, and no hassles getting in at whatever time. loved the air conditioning.
Cons: Lots of stairs! picture of room was very deceiving- looked like it should have been a single room with a double bed crammed in- no room to swing a cat etc! room was slightly sparse of common hotel things e.g. kettle and chair etc, and had a funky smell about it. bring your own towel- theirs were v.small!

Pros: Nice breakfast. clean rooms and good location. good supply of watercattle, tea, milk hairdryer and samples of shampoo, conditioner and soap.
Cons: The lighting in the bathroom could have been better. and the tap in the shower did not close properly, which led to dripping water in the shower.

Pros: Cheap room for the location. easy access to buses and tubes and good shopping.
Cons: Your website states 'recently refurbished and updated' - not so, our room 204 was in desperate need of painting! tv positioned far too high for comfortable viewing.

Pros: Near underground stations queensway and bayswater. restaurants,cafes, super markets nearby. breakfast good. clean. coffee maker in the room. shower was good.
Cons: Expensive comparing to finnish prices. a hotel room not to stay, only to sleep. it was forbidden to smoke, but the smell of smoke coming from one room. because of it all the doors open up to main door, whole corridor was freezing. noisy place, lots of traffic until late. very small sink in toilet.
