The hotel is very near to russell sq station which helped a lot. when we complained to reception that electric jug was not working it was replaced immediately. hotel was good value for money.
Beds had wheels and were uncomfortable as they moved away from the wall with every small movement

Good location, thats it!
After queueing for what seemed like an hour we were informed that your company had only booked us a single room when infact we had booked a twin through you, it looked like they didnt believe us even though we had the documentation with us so they froze £20 from our account until they could get hold of you (it was a bank hol weekend so you werent answering your phones) this caused alot of embarasment for us and wasted precious time into our weekend.
