Wonderful central location. friendly and helpful staff.
Only one lift was working; we were on the 12th floor and this was very inconvenient. decor is getting a bit run-down.Anonymous

Hotel is in a great location, close to oxford st, and great shopping and restaurants. there's no bell man , so you are on your own to carry the bags to your room, the wireless service is free, but does not always work. the rooms are semi remodeled - they did change some of the furniture, but the bathrooms emais the same.Anonymous
