 "Service average"
The heating was very hot and it was not easy to open the window .When I arrived I told that at the reception, but when I come back at 11pm ,it was the same, the receptionist tried to do something but I made nothing ! I had a duvet on my bed and the radiator very hot ,it was crazy ! For the breakfast ,you have 1 biscuit ,very small and my cup was broken ,that looks very poor !

 "Good location and value for money"
Everything worked very smooth and I thing recently furnished ( our carper is very new). Nice staff that was very helpful. The room was a bit large enough and we had everything what we needed for a weekend. Perfect location No breakfast but we got coffee, tea , Orange Juice ,cookies in the room We had a great experience and would gladly choose this hotel again if we were to return to London!
