We were given a room in the basement which i specified prior to booking that i did not want and there were nice enough to change us to a different room the next day.
I would have to say the staff working at the hotel was very poor. it was frustrating communicating with them as they were not helpful at all.

Easy to find from earl's court station. reception staff -excellent service. room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. very surprised to find a welcome pack including bottled water in the fridge and fresh fruit. on checking out we were able to leave our suitcases in a secure area until we were ready to leave london. it was very convenient for trains and not too far to walk to many places of interest eg. natural history museum.
The only small drawback was that the fridge was in an enclosed cupboard and produced a lot of trapped heat. we placed a newspaper near the hinge to keep the cupboard door open and the fridge worked more efficiently. not a big problem.

1. the location of hotel is very close to earl's court station just two minutes walking. 2. there are a lot of restaurants supermarket and bakery in the area. 3. the room decoration is very good. 4.the room equipped with microwave and iron table and iron. 5.24 hours free internet access.
1. the room is very small hardly you have a space. 2. the hotel has only one elevator! 3. isolation in the wall is not good you can hear outside noise. 4. smoke alarm detector is started suddenly and disturbs me while i was sleeping.

Decor of rooms good
The first delux room was in basement next to kitchen which was very noisy. staff moved us to another basement room. this had some minor defects, which did not affect our stay. no natural light.

The location is absolutely brilliant. the room itself is beautiful. i had single deluxe. microwave, fridge, iron everything you need. good value and very clean.
The only thing about the room was the stifling heat with no directions regarding its adjustment. it must be costing them a fortune. one woman on the front desk (eastern european, dark red hair and glasses) was quite rude. i had booked one night and due to the snow i had to stay on 2 more nights. a straightforward request but she made a big issue of it. she quoted me 63 pounds a night and i asked her why my first cost 50 and she said that there were different rates daily even though it was still midweek. i had to go off on the internet and get two nights for 100 pounds myself and she wasn't impressed at all but i saved 26 pounds which is a big deal to me. i didn't appreciate her snobby, unhelpful attitude.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean.
The staff were not that friendly and with the snow on monday 2nd february i was horrified to have been charged an extra £20 on check out! disgraceful in my opinion considering the impact of the weather at the time.

Rooms were modern and provided wide range of facilities. staff were extremely helpful. two minutes from underground/
Slight problem over room allocation due principally to fact that staff had to go through a centralised reservations office serving a number of local hotels. problem was resolved through efficiency of reception staff.
