The staff were nice, we were able to change rooms after the first night.Although polite the staff needs to speak better english. walls are not sound proof. rooms need a wee bit more maintenance. limited selection of satellite news channelsLachowicz

Great location. pretty good room.Very ignorant check in staff. grunt was the best i got. i paid cash for the room as i was concerned about giving credit card details. when i got home a second payment had been taken from my credit card!!! i am still trying to get it back after many phone calls. terrible!!! they had no right to request that payment without my knowledge!! never again. bar closed to residents before 11pm. very bad experience. not 4*!!!Anonymous

The location of the hotel is the main positive, its quite close to tube station.
the staff was nice and helpful.
i was not really bothered because i spent limited time in the hotel/roomThe room is by far the smallest room i have ever stayed in and the pictures on the website do not begin to discribe it.
beds were not very comfortable but ok
housekeeping was a bit sloppy.
limited selection of tv channels
its quiet expensive considering the above and the limited facilities.FONSECA

Clean rooms,newspapers,Window leaked and unsafe. on 6th floor and had no catch just slid completely back. very dangerous for my young children! every hotel i go in has saftey catches. bar and lounge area very poor.Anonymous

Good location, only 5min from paddington station. room was clean and tidy.Rooms were a little small, none of the staff spoke very good english, did not smile, and therefore communication was a nightmare.
