Cons: Rooms although well appointed were very small and very noisy. the breakfast was completely overpriced.
Cons: The hot water pipe had a problem, for a week we had to let the water run for 10 minutes before we could take a hot shower.
every time the cleaning staff came (everyday) it neutralize our room key, so we had every day to go and fix the room key.
Cons: Little disappointed with restaurant and bar area. no 24 hour room service

Cons: My hotel room was in the lower ground floor & rubbish bins directly outside my window. it seems renovations still going on, as i could hear workmen already early in the morning & i think it was them smoking outside my window. in case lift was not available, the route to ground floor & reception was long & cumbersome. the card key to the room got very easily de-magnetised & i had to ask reception several times to activate it.

Cons: The hotel is under renovation at the moment. was noisy in mornings as workers started working at 8 am. no chance to stay in bed late ;)
Cons: Sash windows meant it was quite noisy and drafty, the matresses need replacing as they had a big dip in them

Cons: I was allocated a basement room in a hotel that i didnt book. the basement rooms shold not be used as guest rooms as they are dark, dreary, suffocating and does not do they hotel justice.
Cons: We booked deluxe double and because of admin error we were placed in a standard double and offered no compensation from the hotel or any apology for the change in room
