Excellent, helpful staff. when hairdryer in room didn't work they immediately provided another. quiet. free wifi. 
The room was tiny, top floor, like a little attic. although i booked a double for single occupancy, it would have been almost impossible for two.BENTON

The room was small with nice decor and finishes, in room fridge,microwave,free safe,tea & coffee. bathroom was very clean new refurb. with some classy touches. good selection of food for breakfast. easy book in & outIt was our anniversary so i went for the club room with all it's extras, fresh flowers,fruit, wine, bottled water,soft drinks,turn down service with chocs, we got nothing not even bottled water & biscuits. i did complain, but we didn't get any of the extras until the night afterwards too late even then we didn't get everything. The hotel is very updated, modern and in an excellent area, very close to bayswater and notting hill gate tube stations, there are also a good number of restaurants to choose from close to bayswater. the room 402 was good although rather small, with a window through which the sun shone in the morning, shower, safe, tea making facilities and free internet access, also the manage to fit there a comfortable chair. the bed was comfortable but took half the space of the room.I had to walk one step to the toilet, or one to the door or i will just fall on the bed, i had to move things around to be able to use the desk or open the wardrobe, it was this small, i could only stand in the toilet if i was sideways.gade

Very wellkept and in perfect condition compared to other londonhotels.convinient location,close to both bayswater and queensway underground. 2 min walk to hyde park.The gym was a joke!! the information on easttobooks homesite shows a bar but there never was one... the rooms are a bir cramped but in very good condotionAnonymous

Was pleasently surprised with hotel club room as having read reviews was apprehensive about booking, but room pleasant - nice bathroom -great shower - fridge and micro in room.Bed could do with being pulled out and hoovered under it.

The location is excellent, very close to tube station and easy to find. facilities in the room include all the things i need. room is very clean and staff is nice. The room is little bit smaller than what i expected when i saw the picture on the website. Giannikios Emmanouel

The staff did try and help as best they could but given that english was no-one's first language it was difficult.I booked a club room but had to ask each day for bathrobes, fruit etc. bathroom toiletries were never replaced and the floor was not mopped. Anonymous
