Good price for london. not as bad as reviews suggested but we were in the new building which is supposed to be better than the original building.

Good value for room especially as included breakfast. for someone whose budget is tight then certainly worth considering staying thereRooms rather jaded but we may have been in the older part of the hotel (there were two buildings on opposite sides of the main road). bedding a bit grey and needed new pillows but again it was never presented as 5 star so good enough.
a good tube line at walthamstow central but a fair walk (15 mins) so a bit disadvantageousAnonymous

My partner and i spent one at the motel and found it to be good value for money, clean and the staff were pleasant.My only negative issue was the breakfast.Anonymous

a couple small things bedding had a couple small stains on, remote control had no back to it and batteries were dead (left new ones in when left). only had 2 towels for 2 of us to use. Murfitt

The rooms had all the appliances needed for a short stay.There were a lot of stairs to my room, no lift and the staff left a lot to be desired. there was no opportunity buy a cooked breakfast although it was advertised. i was told there was a fault with the kitchen gas supply but overheard the receptionist talking and think there was a staff problem. lounge area was very worn out. The price was right and the bed was really comfortable to sleep in.A surprisingly long hike from the tube stations. noise from street and a 2am fire alarm made sleeping difficult. hot water was very sparse. wireless internet spotty at best.Grof

We stayed in the new block and we loved it good value for money,,it was very clean,,,also when we checked in the receptionist was very friendly and even walked us to the hotel entrance as it was across the street...will definately book it again when in londonNone
