There aren't many tv channels to choose from. The breakfast was simple but good quality. Overall it was good and optional for a second stay!

Hotel is a distance from tube station at least a 20 minute walk. Staff seemed to lack knowledge about their Job. Had to make two 15 minute phone calls the day before to let them know we would be late to hotel and they didnt seem to understand or were unable to process the information on their system. Also asked for them to book a taxi for the next morning and went to confirm in the morning and they had not booked it. Everything else was fine and a nice selection at breakfast. Took a taxi to olympic park and it only cost us £13.

This is not a high class hotel - but at that price for a room you do not expect it. It is very good value for the price, clean, the service very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is smple and could be a bit better, but again at that price ok.A good pub is just down the street.

Pros: It was a great place to base yourself while visiting london again. the bus to oxford circus is just outside the hotel. the breakfast was good considering the cost of the hotel. good coffee!

Pros: I was travelling with my 13 year old son and we wanted a hotel that was clean and safe, at a good price. the accor all seasons more than met our expectations. we arrived around 10 am- too early to check in, but the staff stowed our luggage for us so we could head back into town to sightsee. the hotel is easy to find, and the lobby and brea kfast area are bright and welcoming. this hotel has two buildings. our room was situated in the building across the street from the "main" hotel, but the building was secure and clean (needed key card to enter), if a little isolated from most of the staff. our room was bigger than i expected, and again, very clean. beds were comfortable with nice pillows and duvets. ensuite bath was nice and clean as well as modern. i was quite pleased for the price!
Cons: We did not mind, but it is a little far out from london proper...there is a bus stop less than a block from the hotel, 5-7 minutes to the tube, then 20 minutes or so into town. we did enjoy walking around leyton and getting the feel of the neighborhood.

Pros: Staff were fantastic. very helpful, friendly and polite. breakfast was great! eat as much as you want cereal (cornflakes and rices), yoghurt, toast, crossiants
Cons: Was a long long walk to our room from reception. we took a lift up one floor then had to walk down lots of corridors and take the stairs up two more floors - not ideal with lots of bags but not a biggy really.

Pros: The service was excellent, i needed extra pillows and the guests next door to turn their volume down, all dealt with within 10minutes! the free buffet breakfast was good, for the price we paid, this place more than delivered.
Cons: The only negative i can think of is you can hear a lot of noises like neighbours, water running in bathrooms etc. guess the walls are thin! but thats why its a three star...it wasn't loud enough to stop me sleeping so it wasnt 2 bad.
