 "Top Hotel"
Loved our stay at your hotel. Your staff were excellent, nothing too much trouble.The room was very comfortable, the view onto the Square was a delight, it used to be my old stomping ground way back.Would certainly stay with you again on our next trip to London.Kind RegardsJudyJudy Sampson

 "Not what I expected"
Small room, the bathroom shower was too tiny, the WC flush doesn't work unless you try three or four times (the first room we tried it didn't work at all, so we were moved to that one) The street noise is unbereable, something easily to solve with a proper window. When we did the check out they asked for a higher rate, so I have to show my reservation and had to wait until they solve the problem. A pity, because the location is fantastic.
