I had a good experience at this hotel. the rooms were fabulous and the dining room was also good. just one snag i was on the top floor and there was no lift, but had a great time anyway.Anonymous

Hotel was very convenient to paddington station, the staff were very accommodating and ensured our stay was a pleasant experience, especially as we were their to do the moonwalk in london and we were not disturbed the day after our walk as all we wanted to do was sleep. please thank all the staff for making our stay pleasant we would definitely stay again.Vana
