 "Charming"
The hotel is located just in the centre, near the Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. The entrance is impressive, it seems that you have gone back in the time, it could be a fairy tale. The best was the bed, it was really comfortable.

Room upgraded as it was our anniversary. Rooms beautifully appointed (although no bath - which would have made it perfect). No views but very good value. Superb - but expensive - breakfast. Excellent location too! As good as any 4 star hotel in London I have stayed in for pleasure or business.

A trip to the UK was a once in a lifetime opportunity for my husband and me, and we wanted a true English experience. We got it. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the staff phenomenal, and the location exceptionally centralized. . We had a wonderful time.
