"Cosy family hotel"

I stayed here for two nights and I am glad of my staying in this hotel. Everything was fine, only the room was realy small and it was cold in the room at night. So I would not like to stay there for more than 2 nights.

"St. George's Hotel"

This hotel is nice, it's near to the Pimlico station and there are more restaurants in the area.There is only one flaw: the breakfast starts too early. All the rest it's ok

"Good clean valve"

This was a good clean hotel and a good value. Located just south of Victoria Station and near the Pimlico tube station it is close enough to restaurants and shops yet on a quiet street. They serve a pretty good breakfast, even though they could of been a little more generous with the coffee, but your only a short walk from Starbucks.It's not the Ritz, but if you looking for a comfortable place to sleep, your not going to spend much time in your room and your looking for a good deal, this place will get the job done.I would stay there again.

Cons: The breakfast was very poor i had full english with no egg i got 2 rashers of cold bacon and one small thin sausage.
the co ordination was bad i did not get coffee until i had finished the cooked food. there was no marmalade, the room was too small for the amount of people wanting breakfast.

breakfast finished at 8.30 and i had to be out of the room by 10.30

there was no lift i had to clim 4 flights of stairs and i have a bad knee.

some rooms are noisy as there is a lot of building work going on

Cons: Wrong times at website for breakfast. website: breakfast until 10.00 am. in reality only from 6.30 - 8.30 am. too small breakfastroom. had to wait. no breakfast buffet but only poor eggs, dry toast and only jam and butter. had to wait for half and hour for table and then wait for food. negative vibes from staff during serving.
no elevator! no 24 hour reception open.
too expensive rates for this standard.

Cons: If the hotel room is small and tight,it should be more comfortable for this cost . the mattress was so bad that we seats in the bed and not lying. linens, blankets and towels were so old for use it only for cloth. blanket burned by cigarettes. only 2 towels, no shampoo, toilet cistern?!, a soap that is already used by someone before us. yuck! breakfast is very poor, if you take the juice, then you don't have cereals, you get 3 toast per person and egg. no cheese, ham, or a prayer. staff kind but very cold and not trained for the job.

Cons: Overpriced due to the royal wedding weekend! my sister did not care for the fact that there was no lift - 80 stairs to our room. i would request a room on a lower level next time.

Pros: Room was clean and tidy, plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children aged 9 and 12. good to have an early book in time of 11am. male receptionist was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Don't expect your breakfast to set you up for the day!!rather small and quite greasy.
