 "Good low budget hotel"
We stayed for 2 nights at St Simeon hotel. I think that it´s wonderful choice if you are looking for low cost hotel in good location. Easybus stop for Luton Airport transfer was 15 minutes walking distance( Earls Court), Gloucester underground station 5minutes etc. The rooms are quite small (double room approx 15m2 but if you need the room for sleeping then it´s enough.

 "Review to St. Simeon"
The room at the lower level is too small for three persons. We are squeezed in the room for three nights. There are not enough space to place my four luggages. I love the breakfast. The food is scattered on the table. It's great.

 "very funny breakfast"
The owner has a fruit-fetish; everywere you look there is fruit. At breakfast you get a lot (to much) fruit like bananas, melon, etc. etc. Some fruit are more fresh than others; so you must pick the good ones.We stayed in a 5-persons bedroom. with 2 beds on the groundfloor and a sort of vide with 3 more beds. Also a balcony on the streetside. The neighborhood is excellent: very safe and with a lot of expensive cars like bentley, aston martin en maserati.....!!With the station Gloucester Road (3 metrolines!!) nearby; you are in 15 minutes at all the hotspots in London.

 "None"
Pros: None.
Cons: I would not even consider the saint simeon hotel a hotel. the man at the front desk was all talk, telling us not to worry about a thing. later, we heard him farting multiple times at his desk when he thought no one was around. the staff are not professional. they either wore sweats or very casual wear- no uniform. the room that my family stayed in was very cold. the heater is turned off by the staff during the middle of the night- you wake up freezing in the morning. the tiny bathroom was terrible- the shower curtain was too short and would latch onto you as you bathed. the sink, which was the worst part, allowed little room between it and the mirror to wash your face or brush your teeth. your head would hit the tiled wall above the sink where the mirror was. not only was it designed and placed poorly, it was too small to even function as a sink, as well. as for the included breakfast deal, that was great until we saw how they cooked our food. if you don't want eggs and sausages that are cooked in a pool of oil, don't eat the breakfast they include in the price and duration of your stay. lastly, the wireless connection was very inconsistent. after letting them know we were having problems connecting to the internet, they were very unhelpful in solving this problem. the response i got was, "yeah, that's a problem. if you go in the stairwell area where the chair is, then you might get better connection there". clearly, saint simeon hotel needs to fix a lot of things, beginning with the physical rooms and bathrooms to unhealthy breakfast and ending with their unprofessional, unhelpful staff. we will never come back here again.

"Very good value for money - a clean 2 stars hotel, friendly and helpfull..."
Pros: Very good value for money - a clean 2 stars hotel, friendly and helpfull hotel staff, "plentiful" breakfast with lots of fruits, nice area, good location - a couple minutes walk to underground. and a lift - very nice. very good choice to stay some nights in london at if you are not looking for luxory - but that of course isn't found in a low price 2** hotel :)
Cons: One day we had been given moist and not quite clean towels... a mistake probably.

"The staff were all very kind and helpful apart from the owner who came..."
Pros: The staff were all very kind and helpful apart from the owner who came across as rather economical.
Cons: The room was extremely small and not too clean. the beds were narrow and neither matresses nor pillows there were comfortable. there were nowhere in the hotel to sit and relax in the evening, they do offer the use of the kitchen and diningarea until 9pm. unfortunatrly it wasn't a very nice space to spend any time in. the breakfast wasn't horrible, but not a nice experience either. the fresh frut , for example, looked rather dated and they ran out of beans every morning. i would not recommend anyone to stay here. why spend so much money when you might as well stay at a hostelor rent an apartment?
