 "Crowded living"
The smallest room I've ever seen for a family. The beds were hard and you could feel the feathers in your back all the time. Leaking toilet at 5 o'clock in the morning. Told to flush with the hose from the shower. Not a pleasant stay. If you've got a family try some place else.

Very well located, within walking distance of Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace. Excellent, no-frills B&B in a typical London terrace building. Rooms are very small but all you need. Breakfast was very good and the staff excellent.

 "great London Hotel"
Family of 5 stayed in a room with one double bed with single bunk on top and 2 other bunk beds. Room was really tiny for 5 people but location, service and hospitality made up for it. Victoria station was 5 - 10 min easy walk around the corner. Service was brillant and breakfast was included which was a bonus. Would recommend to anyone.

hotel was clean and breakfast was good.
ideal location from victoria station.
Cons: Stale cigarette smell! although there were signs clearly stating no smoking all around the hotel there was a definate smell in our 'family room'.
the power supply socket located close to the tv was faulty, meaning the tv would not work from that outlet. at 11:30pm a member of staff had to be called and promptly arrived to try and resolve the problem. this was a wiring fault that could not be fixed so a makeshift was adopted which meant the tv cable had to stretch accross a wardrobe at high level to utilize another power source meaning there was no access into the wardrobe.

Pros: It was clean and the personnel were very friendly. the location is good reching the victoria coach station.
Cons: The room is overpriced. we paid 70£ for a room without a bathroom. the room was very small with only a bed and one chair. the shared bathroom was clean, but ice-cold and tiny, tiny. breakfast is only served between 8 and 9 a.m. in a tiny, cramped basement. we came down at 8 a.m. and there was a queue because there weren't enough places to sit. i later paid 52£ at hotel central park (no breakfast) but the room there was three times as large and much more modern.

 "The location was incredible"
Pros: The location was incredible. it took only few minutes to get to victoria station and from there you could go anywhere. staff was really nice and helpful. they responded very quickly to any questions via e-mail concerning our check-in delay etc. the whole atmosphere was really nice.
Cons: Rooms are little bit small when you put 6 person in them, but then again, who stays at the hotel room in london more than the time you're sleeping?

Pros: On arrival the staff were helpful and polite. the stay was lovely, the staff were extremely helpful especially as i had a small child who was at times very excitable.
Cons: If anything, by having the breakfast time restricted to 8am-9am, it meant that the majority of guests came quite promptly. this resulted in the breakfast room being very cramped and a bit of a squeeze. some guests had to wait in the doorway whilst other family members had to split onto other tables as the room was insufficient.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, good location, very quiet but nevertheless central.
Cons: Always have in mind, that this hotel is in the centre of london. in any smaller city i would have been annoyed by the small room with the extremly small bathroom, but for london was the value for money really good!

 "Friendly staff, and clean"
Pros: Friendly staff, and clean.
Cons: This is not a triple room, we had one small wardrobe between 3 adults and no drawer space at all, the shower went off constantly and the tv did'nt work. no lift to rooms and the stairs were steep and narrow.
