The location was convenient, though not a "5 minute walk" from the victoria tube station. nice staff. very efficient experience: arrived, paid, got key to room, and checked out two days later by handing the key to a staff member.
Room was tiny--almost a satire of the stereotypical european hotel room. it had no ventilation whatsoever because of fire doors on every floor and the ceiling fan was too loud to put on while sleeping. if you opened the fire door and then the door to your room, the fire door would slam shut--and vice versa. thus, you hear doors slamming constantly throughout the night. also, the street below is very busy and very loud.

The location near victoria is perfect. the staff is very nice especially all the girls. the was a bit small but for the price it was ok
The room was really small (must have been a reconverted bathroom). no wardrobe or place to put my stuff. no pressure in the shower.

Location was ideal for victoria train station and exploring london. rooms small but very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. breakfast consisted of choice of 3 cereals, plus croissant and toast with jam, and choice of either fresh orange or apple juice along with tea and coffee
En-suite room was not en-suite. bathroom was dwn corridor and flight of stairs and shared by 3 rooms. breakfast was served if hotel round corner from were we stayed.

Staff on our arrival were very helpful and polite. although the accomondation was basic it was clean and tidy.the breakfast was plain good and plentiful although we did have to wait several times for clean cups and plates due to what seemed to be waiting for 1 person to wash them up by hand/ but the staff were polite and willing to assist us.

The room was very noisy, we barely had any sleep. the shower is disgusting. we weren't informed about the shared toilet and shower facilities until after the booking. if we had known about it before, we wouldn't have booked the room. you can get much nicer rooms for that price, and with the bathroom that isn't shared! i wouldn't recommend this "hotel".

Location was excellent for theatres and transport
Lots! floorboards missing in the room, curtains too small to close, no plugs for the sink. en suite bathroom was to flights down the stairs, not connected. the list goes on.
