"Never this hotel again"

We were 2 adults and 2 children in the smallest of rooms with a shower that barly could bring out any water. The hotel was under construction. Worst of all was the breakfast, or what they call it. Unfresh juice, old bread, loud noice and dust from the drilling. The breakfast staff was arrogant. Never ever agian. Don´t go there!!!!This hotel is a joke!

had a nice stay, used the subway a lotvisit chelsea, arsenal and Wembly stadionand all the standard location, like tower bridge, st paul's, big ben, harrods etc

"poor stay"

The room was horribly small. shower and toilet in a 1x2 room.. 1 towel each in 3 days. we asked for more but couldn't get them. We didn't use the breakfast because it was in a discusting room and the food was poor. i wouldn't go here again. just spend a few pounds more for a better stay.

"I was not satisfied"

Small Bedroom (12m2 for 3 people), a lot of noise at night in the building, breakfast really basic with no hot chocolate (it might a problem if you have kids).My vote: 3/10

"So good!!!"

Our room was so nice, a bit tiny but very good. The location was absolutely amazing!!!!! We're gonna stay at the Grapevine Hotel again. The breakfast was nothing special, but okay. Fine service and nice bathroom

Pros: The location was very good, about a 5 min walk from victoria stations and was in a very nice quiet area
Cons: The inside of the hotel could have been a bit cleaner, but they were having some work done, and the breakfast wasn't the greatest!
