 "Great stay"
2 night stay, central location and helpful staff. Yummy breakfast and clean and comfortable room. Was surprised at the size of the room, quite large for London standards I thought. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others, very easy walk from paddington station off the heathrow express makes it easy!

The hotel itself was good with kind and helpful staff and a good location. The rooms were rather small which was disappointing especially considering the price. But London is expensive so I think this goes for all hotels.

 "Three nights at Park Grand London Paddington - Very Good Value in general"
Close enough to station, good facilities - wi-fi, newspapers to the room, breakfast (very delicious), gym facilities, all included. Friendly staff - especially the restaurant team and the porters. My club room is comfortable and spacious which could do with a bit of TLC if possible but not essential. It would be nice if my room was a bit away from the store room. It was a very pleasant stay, thank you!

Good quality hotel close to Paddington station & within easy walking distance to Hyde Park & Marble Arch. Club room was very comfortable & well equiped.Top breakfasts & helpful staff made our stay very enjoyable. Excellent value for money hotel.

 "Easy to stay for a London weekend"
The hotel is ok. The rooms are big enougth and it was clean.But the heater in the room did'nt work, and there was a leak in the roof in the bath. So the showers we had was not that good. With drops of cold water hiting you when showering.The hotel was to expencive for the standard of the hotel

Been at the Park Grand for business and tourism at same time with my wife and 3 year old baby. It was a Junior Suite Room ... very nice and comfortable ... clean and quite. Very nice position ... quite but close to Paddington Station as well as the Lancaster Gate one on the central line. 200 mt far from the Hyde Park ... Simone - Italy

 "Perfect location, as good as it gets for london"
Arrived here having booked it for a couples getaway. You won't find a better hotel for what we paid in London. Lovely hotel, excellent staff only a three minute walk from paddington station. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The only complaint I had was the room was very small, and the shower seemed to be part of the bathroom, so when you had one the whole floor got wet. Just a minor issue though in an otherwise great hotel. Would stay again!

 "Excellent Value"
We feel lucky to have found the Park Grand near Paddington for our one night stay while waiting to depart from Heathrow. The location is perfect, and the nice quiet street away from the hustle and bustle is fabulous. Easy walking distance to Paddington, and should be rated as top notch for it's excellent value and friendly service. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we are in London for a longer visit.

Good Hotel located 8 min walking from Paddington (Underground and Heathrow express)The Hotel staff were nice and the service was warm and effective – i.e. needed to split the beds in one of the rooms that was done immediately. Late checkout was given upon our requestThe rooms were clean and have all the facilities (Hair drier, iron, small fridge) The beds were very good and comfortable Breakfast was included, better than standard English breakfast - good, diversified and the service was excellent Basic but nice Gym at the basementWe were staying at the 2 clubs room on the 4th floorWhen you get to this hotel try to get 2nd to 4th floor and avoid rooms at the B level

This is a hotel with perfecct location and price. Can't think of another hotel I would rather return to in London. The Staff was very helpful and their advise was always appreciated. Our vacation was perfect only wish it was longer.

I booked a room with two seperate bed but arriving at the hotel it appeared that those rooms were full. The only choice I had was a room with a very small bed, only 140 cm which is too smal for 2 persons

 "Great service, somewhat cramped rooms"
We stayed here for three nights in one of their westbourne twin rooms. The room was nicely furnished and had all the accomodations one would expect except for a trouser press, but it was not large, and the wardrobes available were extremely shallow - so much so that it was a struggle to fit more than a single jacket in one of them. Also the twin room was apparently the same as a double, only with the mattresses slid apart a foot or so. That being said, the bed was very comfortable, and the climate control in the room was better than most I've experienced in hotels. We were very pleased with the service, with the staff being both patient and courteous. The breakfast was also very good, with partial table service.

 "Enjoyable Stay"
I enjoyed my staff. The staff was excellent very helpful . The location was excellent ; Access to Paddington rail station was ideal. Main point for major sightseeing. Will definitely stay there again . Breakfast was great. I really had a pleasant stay; rooms were small but it really did not matter to me because I was traveling alone.

 "good surprise"
After we had some dubts between 3 hotels I upgrade my room in Park Grand Paddington to club room and happy to find a big enugh room with a very nice bath and clean room. The brekfast was also good and the service in the dining room was aslo very plesent. some resturant around, very close to hyde park if you looking for a short walk.
