The only problems with the hotel were the two huge bouqets
of lilies in the reception area!

Club room was decent size. comfortable bed and room was in a quiet location. Bad smell in the bathroom of drains. air conditioning didnt work in the entire hotel. no bottle opener for the complimentary wine!!!Yates

Hotel location was very convenient and the room was well appointed.The air conditioning was not working and due to the hot weather it was a bit stuffy in the room. the window could open a little though.Anonymous

Well placed for visiting major attractions, convenient to paddington
staff friendly and helpful
able to hold luggage prior to book in and after booking outAlthough room was supposed to be vailable from 2pm was not ready at 3.30 (being cleaned)

Hotel clean and modern. upgraded to club room as aircon was not working after 11pm. Only a one night stay but informed on checking in air conditioning not working. also large flat screen in room not working. nowhere to get a drink (alcohol) on returning to hotel at 11.30pm.Hilliard

The hotel is in an excellent location close to a wide range of restaurants, pubs and shops and near to hyde park. the room was very clean and well presented.I had asked for an early check-in if possible when booking, so it was a little disappointing that our room was not ready until 2.20pm. i was also very disappointed that due to problems with the air conditioning this was not available at night, although it did work during the day.geddes

Really easy to get around next to tube station but you could easly walk to all tourist attractions we felt quite safe at night would stay there next time in london and recomend it to our freinds loved the flowers in the room The fridge was not cold enough but with all the shops and restaurants about i did not feel the need for itO\'SULLIVAN

I'm afraid the complete lack of facilities was a downside. no restaurant, bar, room service or anything other thanh the room let it down. rooms (especially bathroom) extremely small, no coat hangers. staff really friendly, but have an uphull struggle with lack of facilities. rooms clean and tidy and modern.
