 "Family Gathering"
The hotel was in an excellent location for our family gathering but there was a mess up over the booking. Two doubles & a twin were booked and paid for - the twin had cost extra - but no twin was available. The receptionist blamed the booking agent, ie Easy to Book, and was not very helpful. The Manager on Duty did apologise as we left for the evening and a twin room was eventually found by the night receptionist on our return late that evening but on check-in we were made to feel that it wasn't really their problem.Also not convinced about semi-transparent bathroom doors with motion sensor controlled lights but that said it was a comfortable room and would have been very good for a week's business stay in the City

Pros: The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and secure and in a good location. the staff were friendly and efficient.
Cons: The soundproofing wasn't great - i could hear the mobile phone of the person in the next room vibrating (yes, it was definitely a mobile!). rooms could do with a mirror - the only mirror was in the bathroom where, obviously, you can't dry or straighten your hair! a few more cooking utensils would have been useful - difficult to prepare even a light meal with only one pot - although i accept this might be fine for most people.

Pros: We stayed here for one night, the staff on reception were excellent, the rooms were big enough for what we needed, the facilities in the rooms are brilliant and the shower was amazing!
Cons: The only negative is it does get a bit chilly in the coridoors, but its half outside so can't be helped! but when your in your room the air con/heating will soon warm you up!

Pros: The room was well designed and equipped, and the staff members at the front desk were excellent.
Cons: While the room looked great, services to the room performed poorly. a major issue that would effect our decision to stay again is the lack of control over the thermostat to the room. we often found to room uncomfortable warm. minor issues are related to the light system, particularly the motion detection in the bathroom, and the shower's temperature controls, which were difficult to predict when first using and difficult to manage once understood.
