What a great studio for the price we paid! a very comfortable stay and would of loved to have stayed longer.it was ideal for my husband and i as we were just staying for the weekend to do some shopping and see friends. its about a 10 minute walk to a tube, but right next door to tesco which is very convenient, especially as the studio is fully self contained.

Friendly staff/great location
Automatic bathroom light is a crazy idea as it wakes everyone up if one person goes to the loo in the night.

The hotel was still building inside, but the rooms that were already ready are very nice, very comfortable and is highly recommended.
The electricity system in room is a bit strange. after turning off all the lights you have to wait a bit for the bathroom light to be turned off.

The apartment itself was in tower hill,as earls court apartments were still being renovated. the apartment was a converted warehouse which looked lovely. most of the things you would need for a stay were in the apartment. washing machine, dishwasher etc...
Unfortunately earls crt apartments were not ready in time, so they moved us to tower hill. would have preferred earls court - more central and more to do. not much at tower hill. shops and tube are a good 10 - 15 minute walk away - not good with small children.

We were generally delighted with the accommodation, which was to an exceptionally high standard of finish internally and was exactly what we wanted; we would almost certainly book again. there was minimum fuss involved in checking in and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. locatio excellent. handy for london bridge tube and m&s for self catering stuff.
There was an unacceptable amount of noise from other residents in the early hours of the morning; to keep the room at a comfotable temperature it was necessary to have the window open and the sound therfore carried even more. the noise went on for at least an hour, this was the night befor the london marathon and i needed a good sleep.
