I think our apartment is very modern & clean. it was a bright room and well equipped. if the service level can be improved, it will be an excellent apartment to stay.
I think there are a lot of rooms for improve about service standard. the day time staff was not helpful & not trying his best to help me upon my arrival. but the night shift staff was very polite and helping me whenever possible. i think a brief introduction to the room facilities will help as we were not familiar on how to use the facilities. such as cooker, oven & shower etc. so that i didnt need to call down every time when i was using the facilities in room. the apartment is still in progress of renovation i think half of them are under renovation. the staff told me that the apartment was opened since jan 2009. now already nov but works still on-going. it definitely caused inconvenience to guests. also, most important thing was no hot water supplied. the staff told me that i had to wait for longer but i had waited almost 30mins but the water was only luke warm.
