 "Justin bieber trip"
We needed to be in close proximity to 02 and to London Bridge to visit my daughter who lives in blackheath although the locatio was good it wasn't as close to tubes as we had hoped so made connections difficult. Also we informed that maid service was only once a week as no brushes for floor etc were present to clean this meant you had to be extra vigilant. Also it meant no clean towels. I would stay here again though as the space was great just wish it was closer to the tube. Staff were helpful too. A welcome pack would be a good idea as if you arrive late

 "Good bed and excellent shower"
Pros: Good bed and excellent shower. well equipped
Cons: The wardrobe is far too high for anybody less tham 6 foot tall to use. the silly cupboard latches and hinges meant only one cupboard door would open and close properly. poor ventilation meant that the unit was very hot even on days that never exceeded 24 degrees - and we are used to heat coming from australia. the light switches are just wierd and not labelled. the curtains only open one way so you cannot have them open without all other units looking in.

Cons: Reception staff need better english language skills. some cleaning clothes & washing up liquid for the kitchen would make it easier to keep the kitchen clean & tidy.

Pros: The apartment was lovely and spaceous, very clean and comfortable.
Cons: No washing up liquid or sponge to clean utensils as you go along, you have to use the dish washer which is quite noisy.

 "Lots of space which was lovely"
Pros: Lots of space which was lovely. we checked in really late and this was fine - having a 24hr reception was good
Cons: The place is still being built, which we were aware of, and the flat we were in was finished, however there were lots of little things that were missing that were really needed - instructions on how to use the oven, cleaning cloths, dishwasher tablets, a bin, a hairdryer...
