 "You get what you pay for"
The location of the hotel is good and the hotel staff are helpful. However there are a number of issues. Firstly dragging a suitcase up the hotel stairs is a nightmare especially if you have heavy luggage. Secondly the single room I was staying in was small. Thirdly the room lacked a bar fridge. If it had a bar fridge I would have rated the room a lot higher. Accommodation in London is expensive generally speaking so for what I paid to stay at the Kensington Gardens Hotel I was satisfied and I would probably consider staying there again,
