The location is excellent and the room is clean.
We booked twin room but they gave us double room instead and had free breakfast as compensation. but the double room we got was really small and cramp. Anonymous

Tidy, easy to find, walking distance from victoria stn, helpful staff The air con was mentioned in trip advisor - i arrived on a sweltering evening and was hoping it was working. it was in my room but another guest was on his second round of complaint when i arrived....so it seems problems persist in some roomsHespeel

This is a newly refurbished hotel which gives a general nice look. in spite of a certain lack of english the staff was very helpful.Breakfast was very poor. our room had too much furniture compared to its size which made it extremely cluttered. the narrow staircase down to the bathroom and cupboard was a major nuisance.
