The hotel was in great walking distance from the main underground station which made it easy to get around. also, it is within walking distance from buckingham palace.
The rooms looked much better in the pictures than when you are there. the bathroom was tiny and your knees touched the door while using the bathroom. the service gave us wrong information when we asked questions but luckily others corrected us later.

The hotel is located in a great area, very close to victoria train station & underground. it was also very cheap compared to those in the same area. staff was quite helpful to our enquiries. room seemed tidy when we came and the shower room was clean. internet worked very well, though we had to pay £5 for it.
The younger staff did not seem too happy, though the older one was very nice and friendly. the cleanliness of the room needed a lot of improvement, there was a dirty tea spoon in the room, and the towel smelled like cigarette. the room downstairs got very damp and smelly when the window was closed for the whole day, and there was a lot of dirt behind the taps in the sink. the tv remote control was not working. not really the best hotel if you are looking for a great place to stay, but overall, it worths the money.
