"Great Hotel Stay"

This hotel is located in a central location, by Victoria Station. It is within walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square. Service at Breakfast is very good and Dinner at Tozi is also very good. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Bathroom is a good size compare to other European hotels. Check in was fast and friendly. Concierge service was ok. I think they need to be more informative. I totally recommend a stay at this hotel.

"Best location"

The best virtue of the hotel is its nice location, next to Victoria Station and near of the Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey...The hotel is clean and quiet and my stay was a real pleasure. I definitely recommend this hotel!

"Great location, Friendly staff, Great Breakfasts."

We had a wonderful stay. Just a small note - The improvements to make the showers "special assist friendly", may need some small refining. Suggest having one of your maint staff use one, and see how the water runs across the floor...etc.

Chic,clean and excellent value for money.Only a couple of minutes walk from Victoria station.The breakfast caters for all European nationalities whether you want continental,full English or the healthy option.I was thoroughly impressed

"Wonderful"

This is the perfect hotel if you will visit London.Perfect location near Victoria station. Nice, silent and clean room with very comfortable beds, lovely breakfeast and very good service. We''ll stay here the next time too!

"Visit to family"

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights . As the superior room I had booked was unavailable I was upgraded to an Executive room. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful and the room was very clean with some extra special touches eg. A Nespresso machine, dressing gown and slippers. I had trouble with the air conditioning unit as it took a long time to reduce the temperature for a comfortable night's sleep and the bed was a little soft. Both of these issues were minor and may not apply to everyone. On the whole I had a very enjoyable stay in this hotel helped by the free upgrade.

Friendly and helpfull staff.Good breakfast.Nice and clean room, but just a room as in every large chain hotel.Excellent location: 3 min walk from Victoria station/metroRestaurant closed for refurbishment, but many options in close neighbourhood.

"Mother and Daughter break"

As we were unable to get away until late this hotel was perfect as we did not have far to walk from Victoria Train Station. The hotel was quiet and comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent. There was a very good choice and the staff were very attentive.

"Theatre weekend"

Staff excellent. Helpful and accommodating. Good sized comfortable room, peaceful no outside noise. Bed comfortable , Internet facilities good. Luggage storage after check out arranged with ease. All in all a very enjoyable stay would recommend and use again.

"no sleep"

There was almost constant noise from a nearby squeaky lift mechanism. That, combined with a bed and pillows that were hard as rock, and a noisy aircon unit, made sleep impossible. In fairness, the hotel offered a complimentary upgrade on my next stay, in recompense for the noise from the lift - but I don't think I'll stay there again.

"Friendly, comfy, quiet."

Friendly staff. Cleanliness A-OK! Big, comfy bed, not on the soft side. Our bathroom a little cramped, watch out for that door! Quiet, even if hotel is close to London traffic. Breakfast room was being upgraded when we visited, make-do in the basement was ok, same goes for the breakfast itself.Some very good restaurants nearby (we visited Olivomare a short walk away and Marcus Wareing at the Berkeley), walked to Tate Britain, Hyde Park/St. James Park also within walking distance. A treat to shop-a-holics.

"good value for money hotel"

ideally located with rail & ug routes a minute away.good size of room, only down side was a queue for breakfast but it was a temp dining room which perhaps explains. staff were very courteous & would certainly stay again

"5 days (and nights) with my wonderful 7yr old grandson"

Hotel perfect even for a 7yr old - never felt out of place. Ideal location for all our sight seeing. Staff friendly and helpful. Only little niggle was shower screen made it very difficult to control shower for my grandson without getting soaked! Have already recommended hotel to friends.

"Uk trip"

Great location as it was so close to Victoria station and walking distance to all attractions. Interiors and room very clean and modern. All staff from check in to our leaving we're courteous and helpful. Food was goodAnd plentiful. Wifi great.

"Trip to London"

Hotel was very central and nice. Staff was friendly! Only thing was, that easytobook.com told me it was around 15€ breakfast fee for a under 16year old child (describtion said child is free, but breakfast must be paid), which was okay, but the hotel charged 25 GBP per day, which is more than double!!!As we had to, we paid for it...This was certainly not the hotel's mistake, but a mistake of easytobook.com!

Excellent location and service. Matresses are too soft from my point of view but you may like them. More expensive than average but it is good value. Look for a good offer comparing all providers. You may find a good one.
