Cons: My 14-year old daughter and i were given a 140 cm wide bed, which forced me to sleep on the floor. following several requests not acted upon by the hotel staff, a mattress was delivered to our room at 11 pm the second night. i travel globally virtually every week in my professional capacity and has never before experienced anything of the kind.

Pros: The room was super clean. also saw the cleaning lady on her knees scrubbing the carpets.
Cons: Internet service was very spotty. can't rely on it.

The hotel’s rich history dates back to 1913, when it was built and soon after used as a hospital during World War I. Through the years several famous painters, actresses, politicians and musicians stayed here, including singer David Whitfield who was discovered while performing at the hotel. A recent refurbishment of London Hotel Washington Mayfair was completed in 2008. This welcoming 4-star hotel is perfectly suited for both business and leisure visitors, featuring several small meeting rooms, a business centre, secretarial services, laptop and mobile phone leasing, laptop safes and express check-out.
