These apartments are not a hotel - they are a group of apartments owned by one person within a very large new apartment complex. our apartment was spacious, with excellent facilities. 
Some confusion re payment (when, how and how much). resolved easily as we had the easytobook print-out with the details and a euro cheque-book. credit cards not accepted.
