"good Value"

The Room was clean, Service was nice and we had a good Bed to sleep in!The Stove was brand new (induktion).The Location is perfect, 2min to the tube. The only expensive thing is when you want to use Internet.

"Clean and Pretty good for the price."

The rooms were a bit shabby and in need of a refurb, the receptionist said they were in the process of getting one so I would go there again in the future. Negatives: you had to fight with the shower doors to get them too close and the door to the bathroom itself was hanging on by a thread, the curtains didn't cover the entirety of the (very long) windows, they were almost a foot short, so bring an eyemask if you get woken up when its bright. The walls are also a little thin so it can be kind of noisy, its not something i noticed but my friend said she found that difficult. Also don't smoke in the rooms, another guest decided too very early in the morning and the fire alarm woke up the entire apartments.Positive: All of the staff were very polite and helpful, the beds were comfortable, it was kept very clean and the kitchenette was great - there was a sink, hob & fridge with tiny freezer compartment, It is just round the corner from loads of shops and various transport links. I think for the price it was good, not the most visually appealing but for £55 in a good location in london i don't think you'll find much better, unless you go for a hostel.

"Really bad"

It is a bad hotel with very low quality of rooms/apartment.it has no space enough, bad smell, no comfort, bad beds .....is there anything else bad enough to say about an hotel???!!!!

"Definitely not worth it"

I'm paying hotel prices for stay worse than B&B could offer, 210 pounds a night with broken shower, cupboard with no hangers and lots more flaws here and there. Do not pay extra for the so called mini kitchen or so, it's so small and just decoration. Family is really disappointed with the place and is by far the worst experience ever!

"Cold weather,cold damp room..."

My single room was cold and damp....TV not working...until asked three times...But worst thing was the dampness...Sorry but felt angry staying in a room costing 70 pounds a night and having cold,and also the room smelled bad,like there were mold in the room.

"Horror and total rip-off"

The twin room that was offered to us had a very nasty smell: sewerage. Upon opening the bathroom door the smell was really overwhelming. The receptionist aknowledged the problem, but told us that, as the hotel was fully booked, we could only change rooms the next day. He did offer us single room, but we would have to pay for that, on top of the twin room we already booked. When we decided to leave he charged us for the full 4 days!! I had given him my credit card details at checking in, so I could not stop him.

"Central location service good"

Pros: Central location
service good
Cons: Very expensive to leave your luggage for the day- would think that it would be free or a small price to pay considering we did pay to stay.
they don't have a secure place to leave it. it is just in the foyer next to the vending machine!
