My single room was cold and damp....TV not working...until asked three times...But worst thing was the dampness...Sorry but felt angry staying in a room costing 70 pounds a night and having cold,and also the room smelled bad,like there were mold in the room.

The twin room that was offered to us had a very nasty smell: sewerage. Upon opening the bathroom door the smell was really overwhelming. The receptionist aknowledged the problem, but told us that, as the hotel was fully booked, we could only change rooms the next day. He did offer us single room, but we would have to pay for that, on top of the twin room we already booked. When we decided to leave he charged us for the full 4 days!! I had given him my credit card details at checking in, so I could not stop him.

Pros: Nice quaint hotel near underground and supermarket, quick access to places. everything you require for short stay.
Cons: Bathroom door very restrictive needs a consetina door for better space.

Pros: Central location
service good
Cons: Very expensive to leave your luggage for the day- would think that it would be free or a small price to pay considering we did pay to stay.
they don't have a secure place to leave it. it is just in the foyer next to the vending machine!

Pros: Really good location sub 2 mins away, very friendly staff (one showed us personally to a pub nearby). good hotel to stay in if your not looking to be at the hotel much of the time.
Cons: Room a bit to small, bed wasent so good to sleep in.

Pros: Reception staff were friendly and helpful. hotel reception very clean. cleaning staff worked to keep hotel clean however some area were not clean due to plumbing.
Cons: Rooms were not inviting to sleep in.very small and did not represent internet picture. bathroom/toilet not nice. when someone flushed toilet from above our room filled with unpleasant toilet smell.soap dispenser broken/no plug in sink, reported but not fixed.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful both over phone and in person. rooms were clean on arrival and cleaned daily and fresh towels supplied. after complaining about first room we were offered an upgrade to a nicely renovated room on second night on 1st floor for a fee. this room was newly renovated and very comfortable with kitchen and appliances. perfect location for saving money on food, and tube with earl's court underground station and 24 hour tesco around the corner.
Cons: First room was in basement and very small and old but clean. biggest downside was basement smell from sinks and broken bed. could not get another room on first night.
