Pros: Clean, well kept, reasonably new hotel
Cons: 30 minutes, by tube, from city center. wifi internet in lobby only.

Pros: Great view, room was clean and tidy
Cons: Cooked breakfast awful, the bacon looked barely cooked, although apologetic the staff never took any action. i mention when checking out that the bacon didnt looked cooked and one of the receptionist said she knew and she wouldn't eat it either and apparently "i should have seen it before" i was told.

Pros: Very friendly staff and very helpful , nice rooms and even a personal touch welcome on tv ,helped out when i forgot tooth paste and let me leave my car free while out shipping in london would come back again
Cons: The morning breakfast was a bit understaffed the poor guy was running about trying his best to keep things topped up every thing was running out so more staff needed at the bust part of breakfast to keep thing clean and stocked up
