The staff are friendly and helpful. the rooms are sizeable, clean and tidy. location is close to the entrance of the motorway and very convenient to go anywhere if you are driving.
The response of the hotel staff is slow. we need to replace a light bulb and it took several calls and 2 days to happen. the motorway is next to the hotel so is rather noisy in the room even with all windows closed. but in a hot day, it would be too hot to stay inside since opening the windows is not possible and there is no air conditioning in the room. the double bed is rather small by hotel standard.
