"The location of the hotel was very good"

Pros: The location of the hotel was very good.
Cons: The rooms were run down, shabby and left a lot to be desired. i will not be returning.

"Well its right in city center"

Pros: Well its right in city center. very good pool and sauna. can say value for money.
Cons: Staff not friendly, old and not that much of a clean room. lift does not work well.

"The staff were very friendly and helpful"

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. they provided plug adapters free of charge when i needed one.
Cons: Therw was no cold water in my room, making teeth brushing and showering.....painful!

Cons: -we were given room 401 in manchester britannia sachas hotel. the room had no window to start off with. that wasn't stated anywhere on the website before booking. i did ask to change room but apparently the hotel was full.
- the air conditioning wasn't working in the room, so the room was very hot.
- the bathroom door was broken, as if someone tried to force the door open previously.
- the carpet was just dirty and it wasn't fitted properly, so you could see the carpet underneath which was red and the floor too.

-the bathroom was dated and not very clean, but mainly the celling above the bath wasn't fixed properly. i didn't want to take a shower incase water got into the electrical lights of that celling.
- the breakfast buffet was ok except
- the slice of black pudding was dry and hard ( maybe not many persons eat black pudding, maybe just have only a few slices at a time or put a lid on the container.)
- the bacon seemed as if the slices where cooked to close together on a tray and ended up being thick pieces of bacon instead of regular slices or bacon.
- then the sausages were bangers and not sausages.

Pros: Quite good.spacious rooms and comfortable beds with very nice attached wash room facility.well in center with ease of access to public transport and markets
