 "Rooms have been refurbished to a good standard since my last visit"
Pros: Rooms have been refurbished to a good standard since my last visit. the beds and duvets are extremely comfortable.the bathrooms are a major improvement from the previous condition in which they had looked like "port-a-loos". the staff in general are extremely friendly and helpful during our 3 night stay!
Cons: As i had booked with another persons credit card, the hotel advised me that i would have to submit a authorisation form before arrival. i did this but on arrival to the hotel the reception staff appeared to not know anything about this and twice requested my credit card for the booking. i had submitted the authorisation form over a week before i arrived. this was somewhat frustrating.

the french girl that was on reception during our stay appeared to be quite new and quite reluctant to give us an answer to anything. we did request a late check out for 2 of the 5 rooms we had booked and this seemed to be an awful lot of hassle. they eventually did agree to late check outs.

Pros: I came with my private towel and it was taken away by the room cleaner and i never got it back till i left and i complained and i was told to write my address and till now i never got and i stayed in room 328

Pros: I was very impressed with the hotel's image, facilities, staff hospitality, location and security.
however, in this infotech era internet should be free with wireless option for laptops instead of those short connecting cables.
