Beauly in Invernesshire is a truly remarkable little town and one that should not be missed. It is small but it certainly has plenty to see and lots to do, in fact it will really surprise you. One of the most famous landmarks in Beauly is the ruined Priory, which are a set of ruins from a priory that was set up in the 13th Century. A local distillery also offers a really good chance to see how whisky is made. You can also visit a winery and see how wine is produced in the north of Scotland. There is also some fabulous scenery nearby and you should get out and about and just see how spectacular the surroundings really are.
