"Good value for money"

Hotel is in ideal location & away from noisy area. Large car park for convenience. All staff we dealt with during stay were excellent & couldn't do enough to help. Twin room was comfortable with nice sea views. Radiator broken on arrival but maintanace fixed it quickly. Ordered room service on the Saturday which was really good quality. Didn't use restaurant at all but bar was nice. My only criticism is the room was very dated & desperately needs a re-furb! Could also do with free wifi in all rooms & free parking for guests would also be a plus.

"Very noisy, bad service"

I have been there for 3 nights, the room has been very old furnished and bad designed. 1 of the 3 lifts didn't work and so i had to wait a long time to get a lift, because most of them have already been full when they arrived at the second floor.i didn't take my laptop with me, i thought there will be a computer of the hotel to use, but finally they have also been out of order. the room has been noisy, and outside of the hotel the removed at 1:30 am empty glass bottles what produced a terrible noise that woke me up. before i checked of the last day i gave my clothes to the laundry and at the reception desk they told me i will get them back at 1:30 pm, finally it was 3 pm i got them.the only positive thing i saw was the good service at the bar and the lounge, as well as the food quality.sorry, but i can't recommend this hotel

"easter break"

great stay again room very clean location is good away from the bustle of the centregreat swimming pool for our teenage children and gymbreakfast as good as ive had anywherejust cant understand why as a guest i have to pay to park my car(small grumble)
