Services Included/Not Included: We have no extra charges! We ask for a £1 key deposit on check in which is always refunded when your key is returned on check out. We have lots of things for you to borrow & use - hairdryers / bbq / iron / hair straighteners - all of which we take a deposit for and then hand it straight back when the item is returned. Wifi is available throughout the building from 50p per half hr.

Reservations Hatters Hostel have to be cancelled 24 hours before Arrival Date Please take into account that the Arrival Date starts at 0.00 am (CET.).for individual reservations the cancellation policy is 24 hours. For groups, we require the first nights accommodation prepaid as a deposit. This is non refundable. Any group cancellations must be made in writing 14 days prior to the arrival date of the group
