 "better than expected"
The staff were friendly and helpful, although the service at breakfast would have been better if there had been more than one person trying do cook, serve and clear tables.The rooms were cleaned daily and beds comfortable - only problem being a car alarm, which I believe belonged to a member of staff, sounded from 5.30 a.m. repeatedly on two mornings.The location was perfect for all local amenities.

 "Not too noisy for a pub,friendly staff"
Pros: Not too noisy for a pub,friendly staff.good sized room with bathroom.
Cons: Tv not functioning, shower didn't drain properly, general shabbyness made stay a bit depressing. a very old building patched up rather than well renovated/restored.
