We really enjoyed stopping in this hotel, its clean and in a central location. We stopped in the old part of the hotel which is very quirky. The staff are really helpful and are cheerful. Would stay again.

This hotel is ideally situated for the centre of Stratford. The bar is pleasant and comfortable and as we stayed in November, quiet - it's probably different in the height of the tourist season. We were upgraded to a room in the new part of the hotel which was spacious and comfortable - in fact a bargain. Reception staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. We will definitely stay here again. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the restaurant.

brilliant hotel, free parking, bar * restaurant if needed, central location right near the royal shakespeare theatre and river avon, great for pets too, room 22 large family room, very friendly helpful staff could not fault anything, great view from room too lovely courtyard gardens
