West Lothian in Scotland is a beautiful county, full of lots of interesting little towns and villages as well as masses of countryside. It is home to many museums, all of which show how life has evolved over the centuries and they are well worth exploring further. The countryside is also worth exploring, not just for the beautiful scenery, but also for the wildlife. You also need to leave enough time to see the Beecraigs Country Park an amazing 1000 acre park. Try to see the historic town of Linlithgow as well and if you do have the time, check out the Low Port Center, which is one of the biggest outdoor centers in the region.
