Our room was disgusting, this hotel is in needOf investment or better still knocking down its a health hazardTotal misrepresentation on the website easytobook.com and at £107 per night is a total rip off. Do NOT stay at this hotel.

We found staff at this hotel have very little customer service. When we arrived we were given a room which was not cleaned after previous occupants. We notified the receptionist and she just gave us keys to another room without any apology or embarrassment. Again, when we were overcharged at the hotel bar, the bar staff failed to apologise and made us feel as if we were a nuisance. The rooms have very thin walls so sleeping was a problem, we could hear neighbours around us talking and unfortunately also had to witness their other activities. The noise of flushing toilet in other rooms around us was very loud and was followed by the sound of vibrating pipes throughout the hotel. Definitely would not stay at this hotel again.

Pros: The hotel entrance and reception were lovely and a little misleading as the rooms are not quite up to the same standard. however, the rooms were good considering the cost.
Cons: We booked a double and triple room for five guests. the second bed in the triple room was not made up when we arrived. we requested this to be done for our return (following a pink concert we attended). however, once we returned at 12.30 am, we found that noone had made the bed at all! my friends had to find a night porter who provided just a blanket and one pillow. not quite the comfy stay for my friend compared to the quilted beds the rest of us had!
