Royal Armouries Leeds

Those who come to the Royal Armouries Museum of Leeds will bear witness to weapons and armor dating back many centuries, most of which used to be stored at the Tower of London until it was decided that more long-term preservation-minded storage techniques were better suited. There are exhibitions dedicated to knightly fare, as well as foreign materials such as Oriental arms and armor, and equipment used during tournaments that were held during peace time.
