 "The staff were every friendly and efficient"
Pros: The staff were every friendly and efficient. our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. the decor is very "retro/mod". the pool is colourfully tiled with speakers underwater... they have great selection of music too.
Cons: The shower on/off and heat control were a bit different.

 "Billy at the front desk was so helpful"
Pros: Billy at the front desk was so helpful.
Cons: Housekeeping had not done their job: no tv remote control, only one washcloth, no glass by the bathroom sink, etc.

 "Friendly staff, excellent pool and hot tub, fitness room was good but not..."
Pros: Friendly staff, excellent pool and hot tub, fitness room was good but not great, atmosphere was trendy but on the economical side not the excellent side.
Cons: Restaurant staff were a little slow. late night noise was distracting (i was located directly beneath the rooftop bar) and the bed was not comfortable for my liking. it was also just a little too far from the metro line for quick access to everything.
