I made an internet reservation and when i arrived i was told that there was no reservation. unfortunately, the hotel was full. this same thing happened to 4-5 other would-be guests within the same 15 minutes. however, we were the first people for this to happen to and we were ultimately accommodated. the others were not. this type of disconnect between the milner hotel and this website is unacceptable. had i not been given a room i would be extremely unhappy with this website. work needs to be done to ensure this does not happen to any of your customers in the future.
