 "easybook critique"
the hotel itself met all my needs including helpful desk staff, however the source of Easy to book was less than adequate mostly I suspect due to time difference? A one day error in booking resulted in multiple attempt to contact without success and substantial follow up in time and effort to rectify and avoid 50% cancellation fee. The hotel was most helpful in this situation. If Easytobook continue to service multiple countries, I recommend 24 hours back up to service customers Thank you.
